Growing up around Physical Education teachers, I have been passionate about understanding how the body moves and works from a very young age.
I have always had an interest in what makes people thrive and how we can enhance our enjoyment of life and state of well-being.
I discovered early on that how we feel, show up, and perform is multifactorial. Our ability to respond to environmental stresses relates to an intrinsic relationship between our mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
How we relate to our environment, other people, and the activities we engage in are the wellness pillars, which can dim or brighten our shine.
I have dedicated my life to learning and studying methods to help increase self-awareness and give tools to better care for ourselves and our health.
Besides studying osteopathy, I have completed various yoga trainings and a course of health coaching based on integrative nutrition.
In my work, I am passionate about not only treating people but also discussing and sharing tools to help them find the keys to access their own vitality.
I am also passionate about nature and the outdoors, which brought me to New Zealand more than a decade ago. I fell in love with its world-class landscapes. Surfing, trekking, skateboarding, snowboarding, and skiing, all bring me joy. I feel really fortunate to be able to call New Zealand, home.
I love working with and for the people in New Zealand, in particular our East Coast region. I run my clinic in Gisborne, where we are fortunate to have a culturally rich and diverse community.
