I deliver Traditional and Dynamic coaching frameworks. I use the coaching framework that best suits my client's needs.
Traditional coaching is client-led. In traditional coaching, the coach only uses carefully chosen questions to get the client to their desired outcome.
In comparison, Dynamic coaching is more coach-led. The coach can employ a variety of techniques tailored to their client's unique needs, preferences, and goals
As a coach, I help clients get clear on what they truly want to achieve, identify their resources, plan the steps to their desired outcome, address what may be standing in their way (such as limited beliefs, trapped emotions, and value conflicts), discover how they will stick to their plan, and own the tools to get their results more rapidly.
Coaching can help clients with any areas of their life that require their immediate attention: such as career & business, health & wellbeing, relationship, personal growth, lifestyle, wealth, hobbies, family and friendships etc.
For example: some clients might want to gain fitness, others start a new project, embrace a passion, or improve their lifestyle.
I partner with my clients to determine our client-coach compatibility at any given moment of the process.
