Growing up around Physical Education teachers, I've been passionate about understanding how the body moves and works from a very young age.
I've always had an interest in what makes people thrive.
I discovered early on that how we feel, show up, and perform is multifactorial. Our ability to respond to environmental stresses relates to an intrinsic relationship between our mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
I studied osteopathy in France and the UK and graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in 2007.
Since then, I’ve kept studying what helps the body move with ease and what supports the nervous system in finding both calm and energy..
I completed certifications in yoga, integrative nutrition, women's hormonal health and mindset.
The love of nature and outdoors sports brought me to New Zealand, where I've worked as an osteopath for almost two decades.
I live with my young family on the East Coast of the North Island in New Zealand.
I run AB Osteopathy in Gisborne. It is a family-friendly osteopathic clinic where I enjoy working with our local whānau.
